We confirm availability, exact pickup, inclusions, timing, payment requirements and any conditions for your service.
A request or quotation is not a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the service may qualify for a refund, less nonrecoverable processing fees and any special provider conditions communicated before payment. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable.
If an activity is canceled for official safety reasons and an acceptable alternative cannot be offered, guests may reschedule or receive the applicable refund. Normal Costa Rican rain does not automatically qualify a reservation for cancellation. Routes and activity order may change because of weather, road, park, river or operational conditions.
